Anker and Anchor Wreck point to the same ship. Locally it is called Kapal Budak: a 19th-century wooden vessel, roughly 25–30 m, broken up on the slope at the west end of Menjangan. The coral-covered anchor is at about 6 m. A second anchor is around 30 m. The bow toward shore is about 30 m, the stern about 46 m, and some pieces run toward 50 m.
The Anker map point is at −8.07419, 114.46878, in the sea northwest of the island, with a range of 6–40 m. The anchor on the reef top and the hull are at the west end of the island, the Anchor Wreck pin, not in the middle of the strait. The dive starts from the shallow anchor. Soft coral covers the debris. Do not take the bottles or copper that are still there.
