Batu Mandi, also called Batu Mandi Timur, is at the southern tip of Sangiang Island. The rock is easy to find, but wind and swell often make the surface uncomfortable. The current is strong.
Underwater there are sponges, sea fans, and hard and soft coral. Pelagic fish swim around them. Turtles and blacktip sharks are only occasional. The map lists the depth from about 30 m. Go by boat from Anyer, about 30 minutes, when the weather allows.
