Cape Letuhoh is a cape with a wall as you approach the point. The coral growth is like the southern Komodo reefs. A good time is the rising tide, when a counter-current runs south.
Enter on the northeast side, then drift counter-clockwise along the boulders to the western tip. Sharks, giant trevally, and snapper schools are there, with a wide mix of reef fish. The water is usually clear and can be cool. A large swell brings surge. The depth is to about 30 m. Entry is by boat.
