Manta Point on the south of Gili Trawangan is a wide, gently sloping coral garden, often named together with Sunset Reef. Hard and soft coral cover the slope. The depth is about 8–25 m. Surge is possible.
Turtles, cuttlefish, schools of sweetlips and snappers, and reef sharks are on this reef. Manta rays only pass through, most likely from November to February, and they still cannot be counted on. Entry is by boat.
