Papa Theo is on the outer edge of the chain, about 15 minutes from Sepa Island. The vessel is a steel cargo ship. The overall shape can still be followed on the sand, although the hull has broken down. The shallowest part is about 15 m, and the deepest is about 32 m. The map lists about 14–30 m.
The sides and deck are covered in lace coral and long sea whips. Groupers, boxfish, moray eels, and rays are the usual company. Turtles and reef sharks pass now and then. The water is about 28–30°C. The calmer season is about April to October. Entry is by boat. Do not go into a space that has already collapsed.
