Police Corner is at the tip of Siaba, in central Komodo. This corner is what speeds the water up. The overhangs are large, and they are also the shelter from the current. The depth given is about 15–35 m, with the bottom often around 30 m.
Sweetlips gather under the overhangs. Batfish follow divers. Fusiliers pass overhead. Whitetip reef sharks are on the deeper edge, and Napoleon wrasse are also reported here. The current is moderate to strong, depending on the tide. Entry is by boat. This is not a dive for someone who is not yet comfortable on a drift.
