Pulau Pramuka is the marine-park administration centre, and its house reef is used for training. There are three platforms, about 4 x 2 m, 7 x 3 m, and 4 x 8 m, so practice does not land on the coral. The slope is sand, about 2–30 m. The map lists about 2–18 m for a usual route.
Hawksbill turtles, Eretmochelys imbricata, are on this slope, with small anchovies, lionfish, and grouper. The current is low to medium. Entry is from shore, about a 2–5 minute walk from the nearest lodging. The small wreck beside the jetty is the Dermaga Pramuka pin, not this slope.

Macro life
The training platforms are the place to stop, rather than holding the coral. For macro photos, use a macro lens and a focus light.
Lionfish
On the same slope. Do not touch one.
An animal on this list is not guaranteed on every dive.
