Shallow Turbo is on the northeast coast of Gili Trawangan. Bommies are scattered, with distinctive coral shapes. This is the gentler version of the northern reef, for newer divers or when the west coast cannot be reached.
The depth is about 5–25 m. The reef fish are varied, and turtles are reliable. Entry is by boat. The water is about 27–30°C.
