The Tai is a cargo ship. The wreck sits at about 30 m and is still mostly the shape of a ship, so the deck and the superstructure can still be followed. The map lists 18–30 m, which matches the span from the upper parts to the sand. Entry is by boat.
Hard coral and soft fans cover the steel. Fusiliers school among the coral. Clownfish are in the anemones. Barracuda and jacks are more often in the deeper water beside the ship. Lionfish are recorded at this site. Nudibranchs are among the coral if you look slowly.
Current is light to moderate, and visibility is often 10–25 m, then it can change. The water is about 27–30°C. Stay outside the hull.
