Wreck Poso is in the southeast cluster of Karang Congkak. The vessel was a tug, about 10 m long, 5 m wide, and 8 m high. It hit the reef in a large wave in the 1960s, and it now sits on flat sand at about 25–32 m. The map lists the bottom at 27–30 m and the bridge at about 18 m.
Enter by the lighthouse, follow the patchy coral slope, then take a straight heading across the sand, at right angles to the reef. In the shaded parts there are barracuda, grouper, snapper, fusiliers, glassfish, and batfish. Shrimp, nudibranchs, and blennies are on the hull. Turtles pass, and rays bury themselves in the sand. Massive coral and Acropora are on the slope from about 2 m to 16 m, with fans. The current is sometimes moderate. Go by boat, about 45–60 minutes from the base. This is for divers who are already comfortable at that depth.
